Health Care Services Provided
- Transportation to and from the center and back home
- Warm and nutritious foods; Breakfast and lunch ordered by our nutritionist and served by our staff
- Assessment and monitoring of physical, functional, emotional and Cognitive abilities
- Physical and Occupational exercises to keep the body healthy
- Nursing care, to make sure compliance with doctor's regiment
- Social Worker to assess overall mental health and provide referrals
- Educational support groups for our participants and their care givers, provided by our trained social workers
- Citizenship classes
- Life skills educational groups
- Memory stimulation exercises
- Counseling
- Arts and puzzles
- Live music and dance

Who is eligible to attend?
- Adults with physical, mental or emotional disabilities that are insured by Medi-Cal managed care services
- Adults who require assistance with activities of daily living, like dressing, toileting, and food preparation
- The services we provide are expected to maintain or improve the participant's ability to function in daily life
- We aim to help you stay healthy as much as possible and avoid hospitalization
